The Rolling Stones “Sticky Fingers” album celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2021 but due to Covid19 the tribute show was held in February 2022 at The Palais Theatre.
To help celebrate this amazing event, four of Australia’s known lead vocalists – Tim Rogers (You Am I), Tex Perkins (The Cruel Sea), Phil Jamieson (Grinspoon) and Adalita (Magic Dirt) shared the stage.
With songs like “Brown Sugar”, “Wild Horses” and “You Gotta Move” it was hard not to feel that you were at a Stones concert, with every member of the audience singing to the tunes. (and I have been to many Stones concerts).
Let’s not forget that this year will be the 50th Anniversary of “Exile On Main St”. If you have the chance, this is a must for all Rolling Stones fans.
