Radiohead are finally heading back to Australia, with the iconic British band announcing a 16-date national tour across May and June 2027.

It will be the band’s first Australian visit in 15 years, with the tour taking in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney.

The Australian run begins with four shows at RAC Arena in Perth from 3–7 May, followed by six shows at Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne between 13 and 20 May.

The band will then head to Sydney for another six performances at Afterpay Arena, wrapping up the tour on 1 June.

The announcement follows a series of European residencies the band performed in late 2025, their first live performances since 2018.

Across a career spanning more than three decades, Radiohead have released nine studio albums, from their 1993 debut Pablo Honey through to 2016’s A Moon Shaped Pool. Their catalogue includes landmark records such as The Bends, OK Computer, Kid A and In Rainbows.

Known for their ambitious and often immersive live shows, the band’s return will be one of the biggest alternative and rock tours to hit Australia in 2027.

How to get Radiohead tickets

Rather than a conventional first-come, first-served ticket release, access to the Australian sale will be managed through a registration process.

Registrations open at 5pm AEST on Monday 7 September 2026 and close at 5pm AEST on Thursday 10 September.

According to Frontier Touring, every registration made during that window will be treated equally, regardless of when it is submitted.

The registration process will apply to both general and accessible tickets, with the system intended to help reduce automated and unauthorised purchases.

Fans can register through the official Radiohead Australian ticketing site, where detailed FAQs about the process are also available.

All Australian shows are licensed all ages.

The tour is presented by Frontier Touring and Chugg Entertainment.
